Drawing on their over fifty years’ collective experiences in developing, implementing and administering distance education/educational technology programmes, the consultants recently presented this report – College of the Bahamas – Strategic Planning and Distance Education to Caribbean Knowledge Learning Network. It consists of an environmental scan, goals and objectives with accompanying rationales and recommendations for implementing the strategic plan at The College of The Bahamas.
